What cabinet refacing changes
Refacing replaces cabinet doors and drawer fronts and updates the exposed cabinet surfaces to coordinate with your chosen finish. Suitable existing cabinet boxes stay in place. It is more than painting: the fronts you see and use every day are replaced.
During your free consultation, we review cabinet condition, layout, storage needs and your goals. Sound boxes can be a practical foundation for a substantial kitchen refresh with less demolition than a full remodel.
A new look, with room to improve the layout
You do not have to keep every detail exactly as it is. Uplift can include custom cabinets, an island and layout changes with a refacing project. We assess what is feasible in your space and explain any additional work in the proposal.
How long does installation take?
Standard cabinet refacing installation takes 3–5 days. Ordering and fabrication happen beforehand. New cabinets, countertops, plumbing and project conditions can extend installation. Your written proposal separates material lead time from work in your home.
What affects the price?
Cabinet quantity and condition, door and finish selections, hardware, storage accessories and layout changes all affect the project price. Adding quartz countertops changes the scope as well. We provide a written proposal after reviewing your kitchen; a photo alone cannot establish the final cost.
What can I keep?
Suitable cabinet boxes are retained. Whether countertops, existing storage components or other features can stay depends on their condition and your intended changes. We review these decisions with you before installation.
